Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may return their new AuraView streamer(s) or any physical products purchased from us within 30 days of the purchase date. All equipment must be returned in pristine condition, accompanied by original packaging and accessories; failure to meet these requirements will result in no refund being issued, and the products will be returned to the customer.

Following the 30-day exchange period, your AuraView streamer(s) are covered by a 1-year warranty that specifically addresses software defects, hardware failures, and power surges.

Defective AuraView streamer(s) or other physical products acquired from the My Simply TV website website within the 30-day timeframe will be exchanged for a new replacement. If the replacement does not function as intended, customers may return the products for a full refund.
