My Simply TV is an aggregation service. We do not host content, broadcast content, or operate servers that deliver content. My Simply TV is not affiliated with movie studios, television networks, internet service providers, or the third-party software and applications customers may use to view content.

What to include in a notice
A notice should include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the URL or other location of the material you believe infringes it, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Our response
When we receive a substantially complete notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the identified material where appropriate. We may contact you for more information if the notice does not provide enough detail to locate the material.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. Include your signature, identification of the material and its prior location, your contact information, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court, and agreement to accept service from the person who submitted the original notice.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate, My Simply TV may restrict or end access for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual-property rights of others.
Accuracy matters
Please do not submit notices or counter-notices containing false information. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice or counter-notice may create legal consequences.
