If you choose to use Infiniti TV on your own streaming device, please understand exactly what Infiniti TV provides and what you are responsible for.
What we provide
Infiniti TV provides your gateway username and password for access to the service. That is the extent of the setup information and technical assistance provided for customer-owned equipment.
What we can verify
If you experience a problem, we can verify whether your Infiniti TV account is active and functioning properly on our end.
What we do not provide
We do not install applications on customer-owned devices. We do not configure Fire TV devices, Roku devices, Android/Google TV devices, Apple TV devices, televisions, computers, phones, tablets, or other customer-owned equipment. We do not configure third-party IPTV applications, perform device updates, troubleshoot operating systems, provide remote access, or walk customers through device or application setup.
Your device, the applications you choose, their installation, configuration, compatibility, maintenance, and updates are your responsibility.
If we verify that your Infiniti TV account is active and functioning, any further troubleshooting involving your personal device or third-party application must be handled by you, the device manufacturer, or the application provider.
Please do not contact Infiniti TV requesting assistance with installing, configuring, updating, or troubleshooting customer-owned equipment. Once we have verified that your account is active and operational, we will not continue troubleshooting issues involving your device or third-party application.
This policy allows us to clearly separate Infiniti TV service support from technical support for equipment and software that we do not manufacture, sell, install, or control.
If you prefer a solution where the streaming hardware is already prepared and supported for the service, please consider TroyVision instead of using your own equipment.

For the best experience, My Simply TV recommends at least 15 Mbps for HD streaming and 25 Mbps for 4K. Strong Wi-Fi or a wired connection can help keep viewing steady.
Your viewing routine
Think about how many people watch at the same time. That makes it easier to choose the plan with the right number of simultaneous screens.
