- Make sure your Android device is connected to the internet.
- Go to the Android App Store on your device.
- Search for DOWLOADER app in the App Store.
- Select the DOWNLOADER app from the search results.
- Download and install the app on your Android device.
- Open the DOWNLOADER app and type in the downloader code "3496004" and download the "PlayBox" application
- Close the downloader application then open the Simply TV Pro application
